ORANGE - Contact for resolving problems
all
I have had a real issue with Orange recently.
My contract expired a year or so ago and back in July I received a company Blackberry so cancelled my personal contract. Orange agreed this was fine and that I would receive a PAYG SIM card and I was to register this so I could keep my number in future.
Long story short, moved house, never received the PAYG SIM card and assumed my contract would cancel as per my instruction and lawful rights. Letter received from Debt Collection agency demanding £124.00 in oustanding bills. Not impressed.
Letter written to customer services to no avail and still received a debt collection letter.
So I wrote an email to the following address executive.office@o range.co.uk as per another post, on 5th January at 11:20am. I have just received a phone call from a lady called Julie Malipass (0870 870 0862) and all has been resolved in 24 hours and the outstanding bill cleared.
So, I would strongly advise that you send an email with covering letter to above address or call Julie on her Direct Line! :j
Hope this helps.
