Orange PAYG to contract

Hello all, hope someone here can help me with this.

I've just switched from Orange PAYG to Orange Contract, all because I was desperate for the Nokia N8!! I got a great deal (which the lady I spoke to put down to me having the same number for the past 4 years!!!) and I love the phone but there's just one thing that confuses me... my number was transferred within a few hours of receiving the phone on Tuesday, however I'm still waiting for my account info to be updated so I know how many minutes/free inernet I have left, that kind of thing. Can anyone tell me how long this should take?

Depends on which billing cycle you'll be on. The transfer of the acc from payg to contract is fairly quick as a rule.

If you call CS (150) they can tell you where you are on the cycle. Bare in mind you'll get pro rata fore the first month. So if you're billing cycle in on the 28th of the month and you're starting now you won't get the full minutes/text ect for the part month. . .
