Hi, is it possible to retreive a lost Xbox login/account? A friends son ungraded his old xbox at game, but when his went to login on his new one, he has managed to forget his login name and password. any ideas what to do. thx

So he cannot remember what his account was, or anything about it?

I think you need a crystal ball for this one, there will be no chance of recovering it if he cannot even remember any account details.

Time for a new account.
