Returning payg phone to tesco for refund or swap

Hi
my niece received a tesco payg handset at christmas but isnt too pleased with it as its too complicated to use. will she be able to return it either for a swap or refund?

Thats up to Tesco would be best to ask the store what their policy is .
They do not have to either refund or swap especially as its now a used item .

If she s got the reciept they usually give you a month to decide if you want the fone or not, without the reciept they would probably exchange it. Worth asking......
