always check your bills thoroughly
hey.. just under two years, i took out simplicity 02....fine....
account started .
realised that it was the wrong set months, so told them to stop and send me new account and stop the first.
ok so i started using this mobile 02 set up...
now dec 2010 i scan my bills and realise that they have been withdrawing both monthly bills:mad:. £20 then another £20:mad:.
slightly my problem in not thinking why is two debits taken,but if it said joebloggs ,i would of noticed!
daft just thought it was my ammount i used..
so:cool: rang them up and gave them grief:T.
hopefully in 10 days i will recieve the money taken from the supposely dead account. WHICH i never ever had used or even new the phone number for it.:beer:

:Twell ive been busy,
i contacted 02 numerous times,oh and email to.
5/7 different collegue's(employee)'s
over hours on phone.
now last call 55 mins near to, held to music doo doo da da. and i managed to explain myself once again,, but the outcome:money: youll like this my 3 figure money sent back to me,,,result.0 -
