Glad the council got their comeuppance cheri! :T What fools.

And as for the TV licencing people  I once, after several polite letters, sent a big scrawled red one saying something along the lines of 'How dare you make an assumption that everybody wants to watch the cr*p television that is broadcast in this country!' etc - I never heard from them again - perhaps you should start being rude?!

As for the letter - I'd stand my cup of tea on it, cover it in grass stains and mud, and perhaps some cake mix, and paint - then send it back with a letter saying 'as you can see, I like to drink tea. And play in the garden. And paint. And make cakes. I have no time or desire to watch a television. Please do not contact me again.' :D

(oh, and we do have a tv now (and a licence of course) - just in case anyone spies me ranting and thinks I don't have either :D) :rotfl:

12 hour day yesterday, collapsed in heap on sofa. Up now, should be out by now - heading out for another 12 hour day, 5 hours tomorrow and then working right through until next Saturday when I will finally get a day off. Longgggggggggggggggg week!

Thanks everyone. Well I got the two long days out of the way. Today I will be travelling to Cardiff for the next 3 days instalment. Whilst it is only travelling it will take 5 hours so I am classing it as a work day (will work on the train catching up on the two days office work that I just missed whilst out with the bus). I have a very exciting appointment on Tuesday and will be meeting a very famous person (and family) will tell all on Tuesday. Back home very late on Wednesday night and working through until Saturday. Sunday off and then it all starts again!!! Hopefully will fit in my days off at the end of the following week.

Not much time to look at doing personal stuff this week so my cheery lists will have to wait until next Sunday I think.

Oooh very cryptic and for once Google is not my friend since the vast majority of famous women in its top 50 are dead. So unless you're partaking in a spot of grave digging its either The Queen, Maggie Thatcher or J.K. Rowling.

Very funny Moo. Just realised that I perhaps shouldn't be posting cryptic messages so amended it to become even more cryptic. Wish I could say now but I cant but suffice to say I am very nervous, terrified and excited all at once. Will tell all on Tuesday evening if I can access the internet.
