Got 3 Xbox 360 Lego Star Wars today, 2 by me 1 by my son (15 years old and his first R&R). No SEL by the time he got to CS, he told them he was absolutely positive about the price he had seen on the shelf. CS were very good (honest and polite) they checked their records/receipts to see if any other Xbox 360 Game refunds, and they found mine from 15 minutes earlier. They then refunded his £40 cash without any attempt to get away with just the difference.

We had never been to this store before and were on our way back from a Rugby match, I am amazed how different the staff are in attitude from store to store, the CS people today explained the Tesco policy and that we would get a full refund and be given the goods.

It almost makes me not want to do R&R's in that store again and concentrate on those stores where CS is staffed by evil old trouts.
