sorry for late reply!
i had to make a claim and to be honest i thought i would have a drama on my hands as the last insurance company i was with ( marks and sparks ) made me run around like a headless chicken!
they paid out with in 10 days wich is their policy! i got direct payment into my bank in less than a week!
they didnt even question my claim they took my word for it and the vets obviously!
great company very helpful and if i have any probs with them ill message!Thanks every1 for making this website what it is, its helped me alot in the past!0
