Haggling with Three as a new customer

I read somewhere that three are open to haggling with new customers but given the lack of praise for their retention deals I'm not convinced.

I was wondering whether anyone had any experience of this?

Thanks

Just thought I would update, tried haggling with 3 and I failed. They just didn't want to know.

After simply asking and suggesting similar contract by different providers they were saying no so I asked them to do it on the basis that I could get cashback via topcashback. The cashback would effectively knock £5 off a month so asked them to reduce the monthly tariff by £5 (then I don't have to worry about tracking and easier to budget). They could only offer £30 credit to the account. Oh well.

Good news is that the cashback tracked anyway. Good luck to anyway else who tries.
