new cust to broadband, phone and tv. need help

Has any one recently signed up to tv, broadband and phone line.

I am looking at doing it over the next few weeks and need a bit of help as it is all confusing as they have offers evereywhere and seem to work out quite expensive monthly.

Im dont really need a phone line but think i was told i need one (my mobile is fine for calling/texting), i have had freeview for the last few years and recently got hd all singing all dancing tvs (one with free sat but dont have a dish) and am happy with these channels but think i would watch more if available especially sport which is one of the main reasons for this step, lastly i have been using a 3g dongle because i have been between my house and my partners house but we are now moving in together.

The dongle is generally ok but at times unreliable and slow. Oh and i live in Belfast so not sure if main land has different providers other that virgin/sky and bt but i think thats all thats here.

Many many thanks in advance, any help is appreciated.

You can't have ADSL broadband without a land line, and that means paying line rental to someone, not necesssarily BT. Your only alternative is VM cable service, if available in your area.
Go to https://www.samknows.com and do a exchange search for your LLU providers, these will be the cheapest broadband options.
Your free TV options are Freeview, Freesat (which will require a dish, cost about £80), or one of the commercial services (Sky or VM cable) if you want subscription channels.
Don't assume that a triple bundle is necessarily the best deal.
No free lunch, and no free laptop ;)

Only advice... do not approach SKY for all three, it's what I did and I know fine well I pay over the odds and they are not recommended x
