In the 16weeks before christmas at SW i lost 6lb, on my own i've lost 6lb in the last two weeks.
I'm off to bed now as well on the basis that it will make payday come quicker.
Hi there Lemontree
Well done on the the 6lbs:T
I am at a standstill with SW. I cant seem to get motivated at all. Had over a stone off and now lbs creeping on again. I find my new leader ok, not as motivating as the last. I still think its a good plan and am considering just trying do it myself. So do you find it easier or more difficult not going to class ... I know youve lost weight but are you able to do it no problem.
thanks

LOL you are not intruding at all, I have never done SW so can't really comment on it
I guess they are all much the same, eat less crap and do more but damn it can be hard work some weeks!
Updated sig for Monday (I know I haven't made payments but I know what they are and so I am just going to pretend it is Monday and they are all paid)
Quite pleased with this months payments. Would like more to CC but need to get business stuff out of the way, not debt but ongoing payments for ingredients etc...........and we had one less week of sales in Dec and Jan so things a little tight but doable.LBM Feb 2010 £62,700 Total Debt Jan 11 [STRIKE]£49,403.84[/STRIKE] £47,530.32.

Don't think I am done with extra payments yet but do need to get all my duckies in a row before I can be sure.
Sainsburys have BOGOF on sale clothes and last week I got a dress and trousers for £11.50! Got home dress was size 18, hanger said 14! Wore trousers on Tuesday and they ripped. For once not because I was too big for them but simply they hadn't left a seam (badly made) on leg. So tonight I brought both back, replaced trousers and picked up another dress.
The customer services girl could not get her head around what to pay me back because of BOGOF offer. I spent £11.50, new items were £9.50. I explained this to her and said you owe me £2. Would she listen, would she hell. She put transaction through and deleted it twice. In the end she refunded my card (debit of course) £22 and then charged £9.50 to it. So So initial purchase = £11.50 + todays purchase £9.50 = £22. Refunded to card £22. Amount spent £0! Having explained her error twice, and with her looking at me as if I had two heads, I just toddled on out!
Food shop = £50, not bad and the 3 pieces of meat for £10 is certainly making our diet more varied. Got a gammon joint this week as well as chicken and chicken breasts. DH does not eat red meat or lamb so it can be hard to not eat pork and chicken all week. That £50 covers breakfast and lunch at work too so no extra spends during working day hopefully.LBM Feb 2010 £62,700 Total Debt Jan 11 [STRIKE]£49,403.84[/STRIKE] £47,530.32.

My my, Reddie is getting very organised!

Well done on weight loss, and bad luck on lack of pounds acquisition!
It's a bit strange, though - how does you getting paid work? Where I work we get paid on one particular day a month, and if that's a weekend/BH, we get paid the Friday before. It can't be that hard, can it?Please call me 'Pickle'
