Most if not all ISPs supply a free wireless router, only one, BT, uses part of your bandwidth for it FON public access .
Internet security products are available for free on the internet.
That gum you like is coming back in style.

What is Skys biggest money maker?

    The English premier league.

So yes, I would say they have considerable interest in keeping their British customers happy. Unlike BT who still think they rule the roost and don't give a damn about customers not with BT (or with BT for that matter as they hound their current customers day and night to buy new products), who rely on BTs infrastructure due to a previous monopoly. As far as call centres go, try phoning up BTs help lines and you'll be transferred to India, unless ofcourse, they want to sell you something, then the call will come from the UK.

    Wake up.

BT is a multinational corporation, it gives no more a damn about its British interests as it does those overseas.

Oh, they also treat their staff like !!!!.
