You need to decide what you want first. Internet access will not be available at the £10 a month mark if you want a new phone.

Sim only internet access starts at £15 PCM on the networks (unless there is a promo offer on at any of the), and realsitically your looking at £20 to £25 a months for a new phone and internet access as a start.

Internet access is not that cheap (relativly speaking) expect to pay £5 a month on a contract over a non internet plan (its hard to be precise as internet access is bundled in so many plans but if a contract is £15 a month for xx minutes and yy texts then you can expect £20 for the same contract with 500mb internet access), or 50p a day on PAYG.
  • Try using mobilephonechecker.co.uk or mobiles.saynoto0870.com

If you put in your requirements, you will get a list of plans to suit you.

Will be in the same boat as you in a month or so.
Phones For You are selling the HTC Wildfire for £129 and it should be unlocked.
Then you are free to opt for one of the sim only 30 day contract deals rather than tie yourself into some 24 month contract.
Its just finding the right mix of sim deal that suits.
