Dialup internet access with 1899

I'm having trouble with my broadband so I'm using dialup whilst it's being sorted.
Question is, how can I get dialup internet the cheapest. Currently I'm using an ISP in Germany using 18185 and a geographical number costing me 0.5p a minute.
Are there any UK ISPs with a geographical number? as this could only cost me a flat rate of 3p.

It will actually cost you a flat fee of 4p now

when I have tried this with 1899 it has not worked ...can you give us some more details edinburghlass, I used the BT PAYG geographical number programmed into internet explorer as 1470,1899,01 ******* and also 1899,1470,01*******
I think 1899 systems detects this somehow ???0
