Debenhams customer service rant!

Sorry, but just had to post this and get it out of my system (would actually be writing a letter of complaint except the Debenham's site is playing up at the moment and wont let me sign in!!)
Anyways!
Following a fab posting on here, I check out and find a fab item currently in the Debs sale, so I place an order online and got a confirmation email.
Today, I have an email telling me that due to a systems error, they've cancelled my order, but if i still want it to call them up and they will re-order item for me and give me 10% on top as way of an apology.
So I phone up - start talking to a customer service person and they cut me off! So phone back again (and get through to the same person) and when they realise it was me again, they cut me off again! (before anyone says anything, I wasnt rude, aggressive or in anyway out of order!!).
So I phone a 3rd time, and get through to someone different. Explained to this person I was a little annoyed and told them what had happened and they apologised etc. They then said that they couldnt complete my order as it needs to be done by a different dept and that they would call me back within half an hour to do this.
1 1/2 hours later I call back and speak to another person who goes off and checks and tells me that the other dept actually shut half an hour before I made the first phone call and that the item I want is out of stock so I wouldnt get the item anyway!
AARRRGGGHH!!!!!!!
