    In that case you then have HD input. I don't own a PS3 or a HD Ready TV so I can't say whether you'd notice any difference between the Sony (HD ready) and the LG (Full HD).



    It should also be noted the Sony has an inbuilt freeview tuner so unless you want specific Sky channels you could just use this.
