I had my mobile stolen, and they made a call to Romania on it, have the number on my bill , tempted to ring it , should I !!!!

What do you hope to achieve by doing so, other than a costly phone bill? Just block the stolen phone (if you've not done so already) and report the matter to the police

I don't see how calling up that number is going to help. They probably won't disclose the identity of the thief to you, assuming that the person who stole it made that call as well.
