Just received letter from them telling me a 5 metre segment of pipe could cost me £620 to excavate and replace with concrete surface(if it needed repairing.) So they're offering me cover for special offer of £13 for 11 and half months, sounds good, what do you think guys? Thanks

I would say i depends. Do you have any reason to suspect you have a leaking supply pipe? How long is your supply pipe (how far is your house from the kerb of the road is a good proxy), is it covered in concrete?
If you have a newish property your supply pipe is probably in good condition and won't need replaced in the forseeable future and you could probably find a better use for your 13 quid. There's no sense crying over every mistake.
You just keep on trying till you run out of cake.0 -
You might more usefully find insurance to cover you for being hit by an asteroid...No free lunch, and no free laptop
