    Evening all :j

    Nice to see Millie starting the thread again :T
    Commiserations to poorlies / those starting back at work today (inc. me :()

    Today:

    Back to work, time to get organised!

    Read online newspaper and free paper on train to work.

    Packed lunch to work - tomato soup and some rather sorry looking fruit from Christmas.

    Found 3p in car park at station - that means it only cost me £4.97 to park my car today then :rotfl:

    Had to buy new season ticket - it has risen by more than £7 per month :eek:

    Went to bank and complained about cheques paid to somebody else's account and the couldn't care less attitude of cashier who has made no effort to put it right. I gave her the opportunity to sort it out, and she hasn't done a thing. I hardly ever complain, but :mad: I also complained on behalf of the other customer who would probably not be best pleased that I have all of her bank details on the receipt thingy :eek:

    Emailed company that I ordered boots from before Christmas to ask them to either send them or refund my card - still no sign of them :mad: (Sorry, I am a right moaner today aren't I :o)

    HM supper from stores

    Off to bed early I think!

    Hello everyone,

    I'm late online today as I've been back at work (Boooo)

    What I have done today:
    • Took lunch to work;
    • Checked online banking & updated spreadsheet;
    • Made dinner as per meal plan and used up some veggies lurking in the fridge;
    • Checked ebay listings - I have two items selling at a total of £79.99 +P&P Yay!;
    • Hung some washing on maiden to air dry before going to work;
    • Posted off mobile phones to recycling site (getting £33 for these) - had to get certificate of posting from Post Office;
    • Took two, yes two DAB radios to repair shop to be fixed. One is mine, one is my mum's. Both different brands, both with different problems. Will hopefully cost £10 each to be fixed, depending on the faults;
    • Just washed shower curtain, which I will re-hang damp so it can dry overnight and be ready for my morning shower.
    I think that's it. I'm on an organised high at the moment and am enjoying having some energy. I plan to have an early night tonight, so I'm about to make my lunch for tomorrow, iron a jumper for the morning, and toddle off upstairs.

    Night.
