Driver & passenger car seats

I would like to change the passenger and driver's car seats in my 10 year old Peugeot. The car itself is working fine, but the seats are old and uncomfortable.
Is it possible to get this done, and for how much?
I've googled, but just found info on changing racing car seats or baby/child seats.

Go to your local scrap yard and buy two there.

    Scrap yard for seats mate

Few bolts holding the seat to the frame

Job isn't too difficult. I'd say half hour per side depending on how competant you are

I am of the non-technical persuasion.

Try getting a mate to fit them for you then.

It's only a few bolts mate

Maybe no more than 4 on each seat

    I am not a mate. I am a lady.

I can strip a washing machine and a vacuum cleaner, but am concerned with the safety issues involved with doing things to my car. I would not know how to begin at a scrap merchant, I have movement issues negating heavy lifting, and my 'mates' are elderly.

I have asked a specific question that should have been answered with courtesy, not derision. Please note that if someone asks for advice it is for a good reason.

Just look out for things like seatbelt sensor plugs in the sockets when you pull them out. Most seats I've seen ar ejust 4 bolts and can be whipped out in a few minutes.

    Oh dear

You asked a question and you got a response on how easy it is.

Now you say it weren't good enough basically.
