I placed an order for a contract mobile yesterday, and received this email today which has puzzled me..... after remembering that I gave my work address for delivery, I guess from the second item in the list I guess they want my work address comfirmed? Is this a good guess?

I wonder why they didn't write that they'd like my work address, and why they send out what I thought would be generic emails with typos?

We need one of the following below:
1. A pre-printed letter head, clearly showing the company name and address, with your reference number written on it.
2. A business card with the your name, company name and company address.
3. A pre-printed compliments slip, clearly showing the company name and address, with the your reference number written on it.

Might be due to your credit score / voting register - they can't tell you why they want the information - defeats the purpose of anti fraud.
Asking for an item to be delivered to a work address - they will want extra proof of who you are to ensure you work there.
