After being on hold for about 30 minutes I was finally woken up by a customer services assistant, I had almost forgotten what I had rang for.
She took my details promptly and is sending the free sample for my cat.

I remember somebody posting this offer about 4 months or more ago, and many people never received their goods, unfortunately (or fortunately) for me I couldnt get through at the time so gave up. Will be interesting to see the outcome.

Hi there, newbie here so please excuse me if I repeat what others have said. I just tried to call the Iams line and they are 'closed for training, please call back later.'
However if the information on the iamscruelty website is accurate, it's disgusting and we shouldn't support the company at all!
