Contract ending - now what??
Hope someone can help, I currently have a contract phone with vodafone paying £25 per month, this is due to end in February and I am looking to just use PAYG as its currently unlimited texts and 600 mins but hardly use any of it, my question is.... when the contract ends / due to end do you I have let Vodafone know or would they continue taking payments? also if I cancel the contract will I be able to use the same number on PAYG?
thanks in advance:D

Your contract is for a minimum term and will continue rolling over until your cancel.
You can find the information on how to end your Vodafone pay monthly contract from the website. You will also need to make the request to put your number on PAYG.
You will need to give 30 days notice and there will be a final bill to pay so do not cancel your direct debit until this has been paid. You will be unable to access your online account once the contract has been cancelled but Customer Services will be able to give you a breakdown of the remaining charges.0
