It's a site where there are loads of articles and tools to help you lose weight, a food diary, an exercise diary etc. Plus there are blogs and message boards where you can hook up with people and support each other.
To be honest, most people are in the USA but there are a fair few in the UK. I've found the blog and message boards a real help. They keep me focussed, rather in the same way this thread keeps us focussed on the small things that matter in keeping control of our finances.
Why not just have a look.
BTW I'm antique teenager on Sparkpeople0 -
I would have quit the cigs yesterday till I discovered 2 frazzled atomizers for my e-cig (and none spare)...so like it's been delayed for a few days...keeping it pretty hush hush (huh?) but like figure I'll get baccy till thursday tonight (@ 2 max per 1/2 oz. But I smoke ALOT) and then try quitting then if atomisers turn up (and the ones I ordered last night were wrong so have emailed but TW aren't open till tomorrow so will phone to double check I'm refunded before I buy new)
Anyhow sorry for no agendas today...it doesn't sound like I've done much but methinks 90 mins on my hands and knees (near enough totally) in the bathroom has strained my back again. Praise God I didn't get a bagged hoover on thursday - I'd easy be on my 5th by now (if they were big)...it wouldn't have been very frugal in the long term...and it was only on no.3 in the bedroom and I filled a bin.
So what HAVE I done?
Spend day (had a NSD yesterday - first of the year :j)- 3/4 blitzed bedroom and hoovered (took a good hour)..
- Blitzed bathroom and 3/4 cleaned toilet and sink
- Went to chinese supermarket for cleaning stuff; deo (home made) etc for 6 months min
and now I'm whacked and have back ache LOL
No ironing done? Do I really sound up to it? (methinks not) och and a basket of washing done :T

Hi!
I :
-checked my emails
-checked my ebay listinigs
-put another thing to sell on ebay
-went with my DH to lovely Leeds to get part for his car
-done little shopping
-had a shower
-changed cat's tray
-emptied, reloaded, restarted and emptied again a dishwasher
-went to dog's rescue. DH wants us to get another dog, but I'm not keen, because we both work full time and pet would be on hos own most of time.
Bye!0 -
OK, am feeling absolutely wiped now!! Still not feeling right so decided to not go to the family meal which has saved a pile of cash (as it would have been both myself and DH going)... I reckon I would have def been resorting to cc spend this month if I'd gone so maybe for the best.
Although I'm not feeling the best though I've been pretty productive today so am feeling pretty chuffed with myself

Hi everybody. We all sound a bit fed up that this is the last day of the holidays. I am a bit sad to see Christmas over and done for another year BUT I am happy that I can now get back to a nice routine where I eat healthily, get satisfaction from my job and have a good exercise routine. All I need to do is work my way through the piles of Christmas grub and sweets and eveything will be back to normal! :j
Today I have/will:- Sort out the pile of clean washing into 'needs ironing' and 'can get away with not ironing'; - Done
- Iron some of the 'needs ironing' pile ready for work/school in the morning; - Done
- Check online banking; - Done (No change)
- Return fleece jacket to Sainsbury's that I bought before Christmas - I tried it on at home and I looked like my mother! - Done £19 back in my bank

- Added bonus at Sainsbury's - I bought some Lea & Perrins sauce that I can't get at Aldi and some Sensodyne toothpaste. Toothpaste is reduced by 1/3 until end of Jan and I got a voucher at the checkout for 2p off a litre of fuel - Result!
- Do meal plan for week, including packed lunches; - Done
- Have leftover cottage pie for lunch - Done mmmmm. DS wanted some as well so we had to have beans to bulk it out.
- Went to Aldi for week's supplies but got things that will last for longer - spent £58.26 including laundry liquid, screen wash and a huge pack of loo rolls, as well as fresh meats.
- Checked my ebay items - I have 2 watchers!
