Virgin Media Customer Support

Hi Folks

Would anyone know a number i could ring to get through to a UK person for support instead off offshore person?

    Don't think they have a dedicated one, calls get routed through to India/UK according to demand or time of day. Ringing just after 8am is said to be more likely to get a UK call handler.

    Otherwise you could try their online help forum http://community.virginmedia.com/

    Or if you're tearing your hair out select the phone option 'you are thinking of leaving us' and try to get reconnected through the UK retentions group.

    Or try the HQ main switchboard in Hook - 01256 752000

    Find Virgin on the say no to 0800 web site the phone number for cs is one way but if you phone the main switchboard in working hours you should get the Wiltshire customer services .
    I just said when asked they phoned me .

    I think the CEO is still Neil Berkett.

    His email is [EMAIL="neil.berkett@virginmedia.co.uk"]neil.berkett@virginmedia.co.uk[/EMAIL] - I did email him a couple of months ago regarding the dreadful email migration. He has a small team of staff who deal with his emails and I have to admit they responsed quickly. I put my phone number on my email and requested a call - they did within 24 hours.
