So i lost my phone during new years & am wondering whether there's anyway I can upgrade early? Ive looked at my account online and it says that my talkplan ends in march, but that im not due for an upgrade till december? Does this mean I can end my contract in March when the talkplan runs out? Or is there any possible way that I could get an upgrade early?
Many Thanks

More info required, did you lose the phone in 2009/10 or 2010/11? What do you mean the talk plan ends, usually the talk plan remains and is just not available for new signings eg simplicity on O2.0

when i log in online and click on upgrade is says - your contract ends: 15/03/2012, next upgrade date:16/12/2011?
And i lost my phone 2 nights ago, 2010/2011 new years.0 -
your talkplan expires in 14 months time and your upgrade is in 12 months time both thoes look right, I very much doubt you will be able to move your upgrade up a whole 12 months.0

So I take it that the handset was replaced under some kind of insurance? So not sure why you say the talk plan ends in a few months, looks like you have a good 14 months to go yet, or upgrade in 11 months whilst commiting to another 18 or 24 months from that time
