I have a query, if anyone can please help?
I have been on 2 Sun holidays in the past with my now ex partner. The form has gone to his house and he is happy for me to use it, to take our kids away.
He won't be coming with us this year, but he is happy to pass on the reference number to me, but it is in his name.
Should I let him book it on his debit card, and just turn up without him, or tell them (Sun) that I want to book it in my name and use my cards but his reference number?

    Thanks for any help

it doesn't matter that it's in his name, you just input your name / details etc when you book ( no need to tell the SUN )

people give away / sell their codes all the time with no problem :)

Having not been on a Sun Holiday - am i to assume they send priority to pre-users? Is that what this thread is about? Leaving us poor new users to pick up the pieces? Hardly seems fair.....I thought they were 'the peoples friend'!

Hi Nalnik, I think that you'll find that Peoples Friend is a different publication and not involved with the promotion :)

Remember that all pre-users were once poor new users and next year you'll be as priveliged as we are.

Just a quick query, i have booked Sun holidays in the past and i can't for the life of me remember, that once you have secured your unit it offers you the chance to upgrade for 7 nights??? Did i imagine this??

As this year the kids want to go to Rome, which is all good but date wise its only for the weekend, and really would like the extra days.

    Thankyou x

Any advice for a sun holiday newbie? Am I right in thinking that if I've not done it before I can't request online and will have to collect and post the tokens old school style unless I can get / buy an online advanced booking code? Also, I noticed the Daily Mail is doing something similar at the moment which I seem to be able to do online. Do you guys have a preference (apart from the advantages of the advance booking which I don't think I'll have)

    Thanks in advance!
