OMG!!! I am so glad we are not in England! Your surveyors/solicitors/buyers are a total nightmare!
Either they want to buy it or they don't!! Why do you put up with all this?
Up here in Scotland you either buy the house or you don't, very little of this faffing about!
If I got an English buyer up here trying this on I would just tell him where to go!0 -
Yes its an absolute nightmare. Buyer is being very accomodating now, its her lender thats now creating a fuss. If it wasnt for buying our 'dream house' with tight deadlines to meet then we would have told everyone to forget it a long while back.
On a plus note I spoke to the nice man at BC and he is going to write me a letter hopefully that will bring an end to all this rubbish.Needs the lenders query in writing though so waiting for my sol to ring me. All depends on how specific the lenders have worded there question now as to what the reply will be.
 Beginning to like these eeks!!  :eek:0
