£15 a month line rental plus £5 a month for the internet?
So total of £20 a month.
If the internet was not charged at £5 a month, then they may have not added the bolt on - which is what I think you are saying.
Simply ask them to add it and refund the cost of the data usage that has already occurred.

Thanks for the reply. Sorted now though.

They wanted to pull out of the £15 a month plus £5 a month bolt on by changing it to £20 a month plus £5 a month bolt. The bill was a secondary issue in that they did not charge for the bolt on - charging for the internet usage separately.
