We got our kids a samsung B3210 mobile for Christmas, they are pretty well clued up on phones usually and normally have no trouble using their USB lead connected to the pc to send music etc to the phone.
However , on this new phone everytime the USB is connected we get a message on the pc screen saying that their is a malfuction in the USB lead. We have tried several other USB leads so we are pretty confident the fault is not in the USB .
Any ideas ? Does anyone have this same phone and successfully use it to download music etc ?
ps incase it helps , all three kids got he same make of phone and all three are having the same prob (tried using three diff USB)
