it was definatly tesco he saw them in
he didn't buy one as i'd got one but handy for 2nd upstairs hooveri think

maybe give your local tesco a call 1st

What's wrong with it? Have you tried calling Numatic, they may well sent you any parts or a service guy, even if it is out of warranty (although they come with 2 years I think).

I was in Tesco today and they had the Henry and Hetty, both priced at the original £99 odd though
