Any use for coleslaw and potato salad?

    Coleslaw is lovely if you mix a teaspoon or two (flavour to your own taste) of curry powder in.... then whack it thickly between two bits of bread with some red/green pepper slices. I used to have that from the Sandwich Van.... only 80p as they never priced it as a filling, but as an optional extra....

    I have two large tubs going out of date today - although I will use the good old sniff test tomorrow I am wondering if there is anything I can do with them if I dont get them used today.

    they will be ok for a few days past the best before date.

    i hate BB dates as surely we can use our own common sense to chexk if something is off or not.
