What can I do with leftover coleslaw and potato salad? Any ideas?

If you add a touch of horseradish to the potato salad it works really well with smoked mackrel as lunch - as it is the main body of the meal you can eat up more of it than you'd usually put on your plate as a salad accompaniment - and it's really yummy, plus smoked mackrel is good for you as it's an oily fish and it's pretty cheap in those vac packs from the supermarket.

You could have jacket potato and coleslaw to use up similarly good sized portions of that.

Wrap in slices of cooked ham - pour cheese sauce on top and heat in oven till hot and bubbling!

slather onto a wrap with salad and roll up and enjoy ,great quick lunch which helps to use up leftovers I use wraps for almost anything I want to use up

You can mix other things into potato salad to make it a main course salad. Cubes of ham, sweetcorn, chicken, diced peppers, tuna etc. Coleslaw? You can add prawns and Mairi Rose sauce, or cheese, or diced frankfurters and use as a baked potato filling.

maybe just me ( and my hubby tells me i eat weird things together,lol)

but i hot buttery new potatos with potato salad,lol. or mixed with pasta twist's.

or just out the pot with a spoon.
