Any use for coleslaw and potato salad?

I have heaps of coleslaw and potato salad left over from a BBQ - far too much to eat as is!
IS there anything you can do with it to make it less coleslaw and potato-salady? I am coming up blank on any recipes!
Or, you can all come round for dinner and bring a burger in a bun with you...Debt free 4th April 2007.

A dollop of horseradish & smoked mackerel to the potato salad.
Pineapple, prawns, pepper & sweetcorn to the coleslaw to make a sort of Florida salad. You could also add a dash of Tabasco & ketchup and replace the pineapple with kidney or flagolet beans for a Mexican version.Truth always poses doubts & questions. Not sure about potato salad - but coleslaw would be great in sandwiches, tastes nice in a bacon butty too!.
Perhaps mix it with some lettuce leaves, tomatoes etc and use it as a side with dinners this week.
Or - throw another BBQ!!! (and invite me!)0 -
Ham and potato salad sarnies. Yum!:rotfl:
Felines are my favourite
