My 3 Account login problem

I have been using the same password to log into my account for 3 years and yesterday it suddenly would not work and I was locked out. I chose the forgotten password option and they sent me a text message with a new one. This also failed and I asked them for another one, that one failed. I phoned them this morning and they assured me that if they sent me another one it would would work if I restarted my computer, again it failed. I forwarded the password text to my son and asked him to try logging in, no joy. I phoned them again with the same result. I am at a loss what to do next. Phoning them is getting me nowhere, has anyone a suggestion to help please?
