New Contract Advice
Hi All,
I've been with o2 for quite a while now as I always rate their customer service. My b/f was with 3 years ago and ending the contract was a pain, I've not been impressed with vodafone customer service but the package was good, orange was ok but my package was rubbish. Orange and voda were student packages thou - which I now no longer qualify for.
I was on the o2 PAYG deal where you get 300 texts a month, then moved to a 30day simplicity. I'm not on a 12 month simplicity deal that ends at the end of Feb - as such I'm looking around for deals.
At the moment I pay £10 a month (sometimes go ever so slightly over due to texts to relatives in Europe). I get unlimited texts, unlimited o2 to o2 calls and 300 minutes. The o2 to o2 calls are great as my b/f, mum and brother are all on o2, therefore I rarely use the 300 minutes. I've just been looking through my o2 history of bills and I think I use about 300 minutes and 300 texts in total - although not 100% sure as I only looked at it quickly.
My b/f has an i-phone and although I hate how much people use them, it would be quite handy and if I could get a deal with internet at not much more than I would happily pay a bit more for it.
Just wondered if anyone had spotted any decent deals lately or, more importantly, if anyone had any views on networks.
My current phone is Samsung tocco lite. I've been into o2 today and basically there's no deals that are comparable to my current one with them at the moment.
