hi guys, I missed your posts yesterday, and just got back from the Hammersmith apollo. I did telephone Appaluse, the ticket people, told the lady I had emailed last week that I was attending Britans got talent today and I had two people whom were registered disabled. The lady told me to tell the events manager of my "problem" when I arrive.

I drove to the appolo, and Hammersmith and Fulum have a parking lot right outside the event, a little pricey at £2.80 an hour, however, it was free after 6:30pm

we paid about £2.50 each for the parking, which is really good for london.

I approached one of the stuwards and told her I was with two disabled people, there must of been about 1000 people queing at this point

the lady asked me if I had a "priority" ticket (anyone know what that is??)

anyhow, the disabled people were queing along the ramp, but we were brought into the venue and supplied seats, it was great

we had to wait almost two hours as the first showing had over run, but once seated we all had a great time, I loved it, i was nine rows away from the front, saw everything, and loved it "off off off" LOL
Trinidad - I have a number of needs. Don't shoot me down if i get something wrong!!
  • Aww so glad you had a great time!!
With regards to priority ticket, in the past, applausestore have contacted me a few days beforehand, just randomly upgrading my ticket which means I bypass most of the queues :D Not sure if there's other ways of getting priority though x

sometimes you get priority tickets if you don't manage to get it - but not all places do this. Or if you're in a large group or come from far away, these are usually the priority tickets
