You may or may NOT get your money. I have not, and so far I have not had an explanation!
I am travelling to Europe next week and ordered my Euros last Monday. The rate optimizer showed a good rate, the best I could find anywhere, so I placed my order. Seconds later I had an acknowledgement email stating they had received the request. Then nothing for three days; I emailed them and they told me the order was denied…. No further explanation.

When you can take a debit card with no charges whatsoever, no ATM charges and get the wholesale exchange rate, (always take some cash and a back-up card or two) why bother.
