Bargainhuntergal, what i found worked for me, I split the screen so I could see the list and edit on the other side using mse format, then I didn't have to mess with dragging it back to mse and resizing etc xxxx
Thanks, that's a great idea, if I need to do any major editing again I'll do it that way!
I think now I've got the list how I want it, it will be easy enough to add them in as they're posted, it was just the initial setup, having it in the text document meant that I didn't have to worry about MSE crashing or anything!0 -
Ur list is fab! xxxx

Have been following the discussions on here with interest although can't really add much as a bit too new to this
However I must say I do like the new MONTHLY layout Princesspixiedust, makes it much easier to find my way around (I do use the Regular Boards) and am following the suggestion made earlier by furndire and using UserCP with folders to be able to find the comps I want to do. :T
Also have found a few comps not entered before so even better
Edited to add: Off now to look at Bargainhuntergal's dailies
Many thanks to all who put so much thought and effort into organising the boards :beer:0 -
Help please!
Just before Christmas during the busy Advent Comping season, I read a helpful thread about comping using twitter. I thought I'd bookmarked the page, butI hadn't.
Can anyone direct me to it please?
I really don't understand how to use it or even how to tweet. It looks far too complicated for a simpleton like me!!

Thanks Shellybee.. it was one written by one of our own
, but I'm sure this one has the same tips!
I will try and make sense of it all and hope to win something!
Thanks.

Mind you, Twitter is in the middle of changing since this was written and there is a new trial version of "New Twitter" just to confuse you :rotfl:0 -
It might have been that one Marg2k8...
Ehhhh I remember days when we used pen and paper to communicate or telephone.
When did life get complicated???
See I'm never going to know if I am doing it right or wrong until I win something on it!
Thank you!“It was only a sunny smile, and little it cost in the giving, but like morning light it scattered the night and made the day worth living.”

when you sign up to sites to enter competitions, if you tick boxes not wanting mail and to be passed on etc does it stop you from entering without it telling you or lessing your chances in winning?Wins so Far 2010 Teddy Bear
