Get out of contract...
Hello, I am on a virgin mobile 18 month contract with the samsung genio. I am on my 13/14th month of it. I wish to get a new contract with the samsung omnia 7, but I don't want to pay the rest of the contract fees. So is there anyway to upgrade my contract to a new phone contract, or end it my contract for free.
Please help.
Please help.

Unfortunately you've signed up to a contract with a minimum term of 18 months so there's no way to end it without incurring costs, but it could be worth contacting virgin and find out if they have any sort of early upgrade policies/offers.0 -

Thanks I shall try that tomorrow, lets hope it works.0 -
Only other option is to see if any of the phone shops such as Phones4U *may* be able to buy you out as such but as a general rule they only do this maybe for 1/2 or 3 months tops but I guess it depends on how much they wan't customers.
Can only try and take another contract out, but of course means having to pay the two at once.
If you have the cash, buy the phone you like SIM Free and at least you won't have to extend the current contract you have or you could even move down to a SIM Only Tariff giving you the freedom to move networks if you desire.David
