And how long can it take to bury a sardine?
Hours probably :rotfl:. It may clash with Spanish lesson though :(.

Sitting on sofa drinking a G&T watching youtube music videos on TV (with accompaniment from Mr GG ) after a thoroughly enjoyable weekend (apart from the death of one of my pots in the wind :()

  • Morning GG, sounds like a fab weekend. Do think of me this morning. I was planning a long walk on the beach first thing but Mr T has asked me to order a gas bottle. Have called this morning but much confusion on the phone, so I am driving off into the countryside to find the company and order face to face. Where is Mr T when he's needed :rotfl:

I am glad to hear that 'burying the sardine' isn't a euphemism :)

As this is Spain you need to get em... something....... you are supposed to show to buy one, a permit of some kind - do you have one tucked away somewhere? Obviously, as this is Spain I've found the places where you can buy gas without it :D

Paid off mortgage nine years early in 2013. Now picking and choosing our work to fit in with the rest of our lives!
Still thrifty though, after all these years:D

So, tonight is the big night for the Sardine :rotfl:. Still not sure if we'll be going - I was in bed at 9.30 last night, feel like I've hit a wall. Mr GG is wearing me out, making we walk so much . Hopefully we'll make it :D. Did manage to repot my big plant whose pot got smashed in the wind and repotted another two into larger pots. One cactus decided to attack my head and I was pulling bits out my hair last night . Mr GG brought the washing in and announced 'there you are' - hmmm, unfortunately the ironing and folding fairies must have also been unwell as it's all still in the basket :rotfl:.

    Cloudy today .
