Nice heatingengineer/plumberwhoknowswhatheisdoing has been for a look and gone to get flexible connectors :T.
Bed is sold :T. Not looking forward to dismantling it though, loads of screws holding slats down .
As for the election - am I the only person in the UK who didn't know Boris Johnson was standing. Also, this is the first time ever I've voted for a party based purely on what was best for me rather than what was right for the country. Feeling wracked with guilt - even though I'd probably have voted for them anyway

Glad to hear plumber has been. Your story of the other bloke made me laugh - what a nightmare. Glad watergate is under control.
I missed that Boris was standing as well.
Good luck with bed dismantling.

Which is odd, seeing as he's such a self publicist ... he's positioning for the future, obvs.

Staying with kind friend tonight, who is also supplying dinner :T. I however am supplying the wine (some with bubbles MWC) - keeping it cold with no fridge is interesting . Staying with DS tomorrow night.
