I wish we lived close enough for me to buy your washing machine!

 I wouldn't do that to a friend KC, I fear it's only the rust holding it together :rotfl:.
Arrgh, Gally, just what I was going to say, that dryer is a legend on here, can't bear the though of not typing the word dryer and observing the law that it must be followed with a :smileyhea

End of a dryer era #sob
Well sometimes we all have to make sacrifices in the line of progress :(.

So, Operation Get My Life Back has started - looked out in the garden this morning and saw a little wren :), lived here for 16 years and that's the first time I've seen one :T.

Got a LOT to get through though, so need to get a wriggle on, once I've had cuppa and seen what I've missed :D.

Much appreciated re. the washing machine, Gally!

And what a lovely start to getting your life back, seeing a wren :) beautiful. I love watching the bird life round here - just yesterday, there was a magpie walking along the very top of my very thin wrought iron gate, and its friend was paralleling it on the paving. Really sweet, even if it was a magpie :)

Hi GG I found your diary rad the last few entries and mention of retiring early to Spain had me hooked so I had to read the whole story.

Luckily I am early retired to Cyprus so it's kept me amused for a few days with many chuckles.

Well I am on page 103!!!!! See you again at the end xx

I think the above is enough actually, especially after last night's shocking sleep . And when I did sleep I dreamt of Alex LK, Gary Lineker coming round a car park offering samples of square sausage, not remembering where I'd parked my car (though I could clearly remember driving into a space I couldn't remember which car park), remembering it must be in Waitrose's car park else Gary wouldn't have been there, getting back to it to find it was clamped but just being so relieved I'd remembered where it as I'd really had no idea. Oh, and in addition to the clamp there was a large pole attached to it so I couldn't get it under the car park entrance with someone towing it. And I've never, ever had a grey Golf. Welcome to my world :o. Would anyone care to analyse it :rotfl:.
