KC - all things I've addressed, no difference
Another item sold and about to go to PO, 56/365 :T.
Toilet window decided to randomly shatter the external pane of glass this morning - no sign of anything hitting it. Chap coming to measure this afternoon which is good but could do without the expense

TBH It's nothing new, though maybe slightly worse than usual as I've such a lot going on - I'm not kept awake worrying but when I am awake I start thinking about stuff so brain too active to drop off again, hence getting up for a while during the night.
KC - all things I've addressed, no differencewhen I was at the doc's in December, they asked about that - I think they understand now that there are loads of people who fall asleep but can't stay asleep. I wish there was an easy answer to it - but I'm not as badly off as you, you poor thing

I sympathise regarding weird sleep patterns.
I normally take at least an hour to drop off, then wake up within an hour of falling asleep. I'll then wake up about 3am, fall asleep again quickly, surface briefly at about 6am, then get my best sleep of the night. Fortunately, I can now lie in, so I tend to get my deep sleep between 6am and 9am, when I feel I have to get up, as I don't want to waste the dayEarly retired - 18th December 2014

According to Mr GG my diary is boring with all the talk of (lack of) sleep, so normal service is resumed
.
That doesn't exactly make for peace of mind!.
Car going in for MOT next week . Horrible feeling it will cost quite a bit, so will need to decide if worth getting it done or try to sell quickly with remaining six weeks MOT on it. Would be an easy decision if I knew:
- exactly when Mr GG was going to the ME, and
- when I was going to join him
as I could then pinch his car which he's giving to another family member. Also it's a convertible so not the best time yet to sell.
May now be very early April I go to ME so I may squeeze in a quick visit to Spain before I go :T. Would be good as I could take some stuff over. Dates complicated by this which I really want to attend. So may finish work and hop on a plane the next day, back in time for the procession and ceremony.
Have been in touch with someone on here who's going to alter some curtains etc - that too needs coordinating. And I need to find some replacement curtains to hang once I take them down - it's my living room window so don't want to leave it 'naked'.
Going out for drinks with good friend tonight and I've volunteered to cook dinner first. Going to do some kind of fish tray bake. When I finally get up off the sofa (after another cup of tea first) I'll be walking to the supermarket with Dolly the shopping trolley
as I need to get my steps in - and need to go the long way round or won't get 10,000 in. Actually, I will if we walk to the pub which we will as long as it's dry and friend doesn't wimp out :rotfl:.
Four weeks two days at work = 22 - 1 day still to book = 21 :j:T:eek:. Probably 9 days in the office.
Have a good Saturday.

Eek to compression breaks. Wow to Richard's burial! Loving the jute shopping trolley! Who knew! I have the plastic variety, bought for about £12 4 years ago - the frame is still fine (tho I've worn down the tread on the wheels, how sad is that :rotfl:and Mr GG thought sleeplessness was boring
).

Beautiful sunny day here :T but I will be inside most of it. Kitchen is being painted this week and I thought I should wash the tops of the units first as I [STRIKE]don't think I've done it since kitchen was fitted about 5 years ago[/STRIKE] can't remember when I last did it
.
Will also stick more stuff on ebay. 6 items ending today but only 2 selling at present
Also need to open a new savings account while I'm still in the country so will start off with that :T.A positive attitude may not solve all your problems, but it will annoy enough people to make it worth the effortMortgage Balance = £0
