On other diaries we've been talking about a board for fnancial independence so I've put a request in - feel free to support (or diss if you think I'm talking nonsense again :rotfl:)

Love the idea. A year ago I would have rolled my eyes. Amazing what a year hanging out with you lot can do :)
Made it to mortgage free but what a muddle that became

In the event the proverbial hits the fan then co-habitees are better stashing their cash than being mortgage free !!

I've been lurking on this thread for awhile but thought I would say I love the idea of the financial independence board and have added my support to your thread on it.

Well, I'm back, and boy am I happy about it :rotfl:. Great time though and exciting times ahead..... eventually waiting.gif...... but with a bit of scared-smiley-emoticon.gif and eager-smiley-emoticon.gif and sad-eyes-smiley-emoticon.gif and inside-a-washing-machine-smiley-emoticon.gif along the way .

This time difference thing is tricky to get used to. We lost 4 hours on the way out so I expected to gain them on the way back. But instead I lost loads of time and Christmas is now NEXT WEEK :eek::eek::eek::eek::xmastree::eek::eek::eek::eek::eek:. How did that happen :(. I have lots to organise and buy, plus I suppose I should get the tree out and cards written :D. I'm in the office tomorrow and hopefully the Amazon, play.com etc Xmas reindeers have visited while I've been away but anything else needed will have to be found locally . Due to various reasons we have no Christmas nights out and Mr GG has one lunch to go to so we won't exactly be rocking it, which is fine by us :).

Working from home, only 179 emails to get through , also 'having a man in' to do some jobs so will be a busy day, requiring mucho tea.gif.

    Happy Monday.... GG :)
