Lovely weekend with friends (but little people are hard work).
Then sis-in-law dropped round with her grand-daughter (ditto :rotfl:).
Need to speak to tenants properly but their chat with a mortgage advisor went well, which would be great all round :T. Can't really see it happening though.

Annoyed with myself this morning
. Had to transfer money to main bank account. Transferred a rounded figure - if I'd added 1p I'd have had 99p to TillyTidy
. All my plans are in ruins
