    These first aid tips apply to all stages of hypothermia:......
    • Don’t give alcohol– it lowers the body’s ability to retain heat. If the person is alert and is able to swallow, have them drink warm, non-alcoholic beverages."

    OK, coming up :)

    Sorry I was missing in action, was cooking :T. Slimming World lasagne - a bit mingin' but edible :o. Thai red chicken curry - nom nom :j.

    Nearly followed up by cleaning out a shelf in pantry but managed to resist and had a bath instead :D.

    Watching The Last Leg - phwoar. Adam can park his leg under my bed any time :D (though he does seem to have put some weight on :cool:).
