Thanks MRC, seem to have lost a pound or so this week so maybe you're right :)

Crikey, whole day without going on MSE yesterday, apart from quick look at messages .

No allium movement yesterday. Hopefully one will go tonight. Meant to gift one yesterday but forgot to take it :rotfl:.

    Happy Friday all :D.

You'll be laughing on the other side of your face tomorrow when I'm boasting about my slow cooker of caramelised onions - made with NO sugar and minimal fat so I can eat the whole lot :D. Yes Natty, I know fart-bounce.gif.

    75p on yougov so £50 redeemed :T.

1st swimming lesson done. Good news - I have good leg strokes for front crawl and backstroke :T. Bad news - it's breaststroke I want to master :rotfl:. Still, I did have my head in the water a lot of the time so that's good :D.

Off to do minimal grocery shops (the 2 A stores) and look for tiles for btl. Also need to invent/find pork chunks slow cooker recipe.

From what I can see it's basically sliced onions, sliced onions and sliced onions, with 1tbsp oil. Will report back if it works, doing tomorrow morning :D.

Well done on the swimming I can match your onions with a citrus deluge here, each pack were 25p so seems rude not so and I got 50 Tesco points as well. Used 13 to make lemonade still have 11 lemons and 7 grape fruits to do something

you can use one to clean your microwave.

Juice of lemon into bowl of water. water into micro and heat on high for 2 mins. leave door closed for further minute so steam can loosen the splattered stuff that's been baked on.

Use hot lemony water to clean inside of micro. Can reheat and steam to help shift stubborn stains.

Clean turning plate and plastic circle thing in sink.

Stand back and marvel at your gleaming micro :D Then buy splatter guard so you can go even longer next time until you have to do this again (ikea have them for about £1)
