Thanks folks! I feel a bit backward about my own life, Pippi, absolutely :)

And I've just been booking Christmas travel - I could have done it with a bit less bother, I suppose, but I've done the main bit for £65 - I've *just* found out I could've done the lot for £83 (uh oh, only leaves £18 to get up and down to London, thats not good!). We'll see.

Such a lot of to-do - and First Capital Connect just sent me a password reset, and now refuse to recognise my email address! As we say, !!!!!! :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

Shaunie! How are you? Well, I know how you are, I see your fv posts and self employed posts on fb .... welcome back here, if only temporarily! How you doing?

Railwise - yep, the here and back will cost me £24 - it would've been even stevens yesterday, but the prices have gone up, and I didn't stop to work it out again. Hey ho - at least the main bit is booked, and I think I *will* book this next one.

Ah, its this weekend. Crosby is great I used to love it when I went over there to work. Will you go to see Anthony Gormley's men (are they still there?)

    Ballet too......... lovely weekend planned.

Thanks MrsMoo! Yes, Anthony Gormley's figures are the focus of the trip - I hope a few more of them are visible than when I've been - one time it was such a stormy high tide, couldn't see any of them!

And yes, it should be lovely :j:j:j

Off into a meeting now ... hope everyone has a good afternoon.

Sigh .... well, trekking towards the ultimate goal continues :D

So its onwards and upwards with the accounts, I reckon - and I have *three* telephone sessions today:question::question::question: how did that happen?

And we have rain, by the way! I won't have to water the garden (sorry to all those like Pippi who've been deluged this past few weeks) ...
I would love to find a decent freebie site over here, but alas none of them are that good.

Nice on about the account and getting lots in. I must do the same with updating a spreadsheet so thanks for the kick up the a** about that!

I want a job that is less than an hour driving away from my house! Are you listening universe?
  • Morning KC - just a flying visit to wish you a great trip this weekend. I hope your energy levels enable you to accomplish your desires. The opportunity for a meet up sounds great though. I've only ever seen the AG statues on TV - I bet they are completely different (and stunning) in RL.

Well, gotta dash, mucho chango at Greying Towers - all positive, all good, but gosh, energy and time sapping! Plus, made the mistake of showing DP 'internet basics' - can never get on the darned machine now! :rotfl:

    Have a great weekend!
