Oh no :( Can't you use storage again? Are you sorting through the stuff that you do want to throw? One thing I'm doing every six months or soi s sorting out work magazines - scanning articles I like, and chucking the thing. Very liberating :)

Unfortunately I cant afford storage now (it was costing me £80 per month ) but I also thought that just putting it out of sight wouldnt help. I am sorting through stuff to chuck/freecycle/ebay/carboot.

One thing clearing my Mums house taught me was that material stuff is not that important.

So with you on the works magazines etc. I have been scanning things for work for some time now and it is so much easier to find when I want to check it out again.
This afternoon has been spent going through old House magazines and I have been happily cutting out pictures and making up a folder of things I like so that I can start planning things for future decoration jobs.

Hurray for wireless, yes, I definitely approve

Been doing bits and bobs of what I fancy today, and this is the mse stuff:
    - been to Sainsbo, and bought stuff that I think might well go up quite sharply what with the oil price and everything - rice, and manuka honey for starters. Should have bought some teabags!
    - went a walkies again - free exercise, and finding out about my new town - took about twice my usual walk to the supermarket, and it met up nicely wtih the bits of the town I already know, happily :)
    - I've been researching whether or not to buy a halogen oven - but I've realised that just because my oven is big, I'd have to use a halogen oven an awful lot to make it worthwhile buying - so instead I've looked for the oven model on the web, and *finally* downloaded the instruction leaflet (and, ooh, it has automatic ignition after all).
    - lots of tidying up going on, after all my fiddling about with the office yesterday.
    - Ive brought my scanner down, if I get bored, I *will* do a bit of work, scanning to send off my French accounts, which has to be done in the first few days of next week anyway.

The weather's been cold and overcast actually, Taxi, tho a few hours of sun and still cold. Sitting out would be amazing! Not sure how easy it is to see the screen, I must say, but it sounds fantastic!

I'm looking forward to sitting out in the summer when I manage to find a small patio table and chairs.

Hi both! It is a commune, isn't it :T I love that, always used to keep looking at the Diggers and Dreamers handbook :)

But, erm, the connection died last night - its back on again now, but in the kerfuffle I found out that this connection is now classed as Public, which it wasn't before, so I'm going to find those Samsung numbers and bleat at them.

Then, sadly, I have to do some vacuuming, as I'm working at 11, and DIY evidence is still around on the carpet :rotfl:

If there's a full hour free after that lot, I'll look at the trading.

Hope everyone has a good day - I'll be in and out :)
